Great company! I had some unusual considerations with my orders and some questions. Andrea was able to find the answers and get back to me quickly. Status updates about my order were frequent and the completion for my glass lenses was way ahead of schedule. It was a very positive experience with LensFactory and I will definitely be back to them again.

Great service and product

First time using LensFactory. I wear progressives and this time I added transitions to my RayBan aviator frames. I asked customer service if they could ensure the return of the original lenses in case I wanted the original glasses restored. She said no guarantees but to put a note in the box with my request and hope for the best. They returned my original lenses and the new prescription lenses they installed are prob the best online lenses I’ve gotten. (I’ve ordered from Lensabl and GlassesUSA). I considered giving them 4 stars bc customers don’t have the ability to upload prescription online and there’s no info in your “account.” You have to send ur prescription in the box with ur frames. I was nervous but it worked out. I decided on 5 stars even tho I felt like I was going into the process blind…but since they nailed every part of the process they get 5. I’ll def be ordering my next lenses thru them. Highly recommend.

Great products at a good price with excellent customer service!

I had a very positive experience. I sent my frames in to have lenses fitted to my frames. They notified me that they wouldn’t be able to guarantee the fit of the lens and they could possibly fall out. I apologized for wasting their time and ask for them to please send my frames back. I was pleasantly surprised when I received my frames back with the lenses in them and they are still processing a full refund. The quality and customer service policies are refreshing. Thank you! The website and ease of navigating it was very professional. However, I was surprised that the professionalism of their emails did not match up. Even the phone communication lacked professionalism. Overall I would definitely return as a customer.

I have created different orders the last on being the fastest and most efficient which turned around a little more than a week. My only criticism is in the ordering process would be smoother if there was real time support on orders. When selecting tinted lenses vs. photo chromatic tripped me up where I had to remake an order and wound up with plain clear glasses. Anyway I use them in my home watching TV or viewing my computer/ iPad. Just be careful and ask questions when you order for best results.

My glasses came pretty quickly after mailing in my prescription and old frames which I love, return took very little time, I would definitely use them again!
