An exceptional experience with LensFactory. I am so pleased with my new lens for working at my computer. Progressive lenses are so tough for me to get aligned, but these came back just perfect! Since I have other frames, I'll be using LendFactory again. Thank you so much for making this experience so wonderful!

Everything was easy and fast

Well I have been going to a certain place for about 10 -12 years now. Owl won't name any names but you know "hoo-hoo" they are. I spend more for the name brand frames and they have lasted me longer then the other off brands that they try and give away with your lenses. Anyway came across this company and they are fantastic, from the initial phone call gathering information to placing the order. Very convenient and will most definitely make them my only choice for lenses.

My wife loves her old sunglasses frames and wanted to keep them. We were pleased to find your website and learn that you can replace the lenses in them. They turned out perfect. I had some difficulty placing the order because I guess I didn’t find the right method. I assumed there would be a form I could fill out with my credit card and prescription details, and enclose them in the box with the old glasses.

Lensfactory has exceeded my expectations again! I recently sent my glasses to lensfactory to have new lenses installed. Unfortunately, during the process, the stone on the frame was accidentally damaged. I was not upset because I knew they will do the needful! I really appreciated how the staff handled the situation—they immediately took responsibility and replaced my glasses with a brand new pair at no additional cost! Mistakes can happen, but it’s how a company responds that really matters. Their customer service was professional, responsive, and solution-focused. I left satisfied and would consider returning in the future because of how well they resolved the issue. They have earned my trust over and over again and I appreciate that.
