I paid $330 out of pocket for progressive lenses (and that's after insurance paid their portion) at my Optometrist last year and decided to give Lens Factory a try. I was skeptical sending my new Ray Ban frames to an online lens specialist, but I have to say they did an even better job than wherever my Optometrist sends his out to and the cost was $94 including shipping. The turn around time was a few days (my Optometrist took 10) and I saved a bundle... and got $50 of the $94 back from insurance. So all in all it cost me $44. I'm using these guys from now on. Not only a quality product, but my prescription was spot on. Lens Factory rocks.

I have bought four sets of lenses from LensFactory over the past several years and all were delivered on time as promised and exactly matched the prescription. I was able to reuse my perfectly good frames and save a lot of money.

Now I found a place for all my future glasses. Excellent customer service and product quality. My first time ordering lenses online. I got next day response to all my question that I emailed. Did the option to use the company's shipping container. Few days later, I got my packaging to ship my glasses in and easily drop it off at UPS. Few days later, got email confirming my glasses received and inform me it may take 1-2 weeks to complete. In less than 1 week, I got my glasses back with brand new free form high index lenses plus AR coating. Excellent quality. I have no reservation to recommend this company to my friends and family.

I have used this service 5 times with 2 different prescriptions over the last 2 years. Totally satisfied...thank you.
