Good experience and great service!

Customer Service has been good: Kristan at customer service has been on it! Gets back to emails quickly! My only complaint is it takes 2-3 weeks sometimes together the product back .... from mailing in to receiving it back ..... the product received in my first order was good but again 2-3 weeks seems long ... I believe depending on the order it could take longer or shorter .....

The glass lenses I had installed in my frames are perfect! This recent LensFactory order, like previous orders of mine, went perfectly with perfect glasses as the result. I will use LensFactory in the future for sure. I also have to add that I think glass lenses are the best. No anti glare or anything else. Just old style TOUGH glass.
