Glasses are fine, but it seemed to me that the turn-around time of a couple of weeks was pretty long.

The right lens is not set completely in the frame. When I pop it back into place it pops back out when I put my glasses on my head. You can also see a line across both lens that won’t come off. Although the service was fast the quality appears to be lacking.

One of the few places that I could get a glass lens instead of a coated plastic. I do not have a strong prescription but need bifocals. Locally glass was not an option from optometrist. I have used various coated plastic lenses before and do to the nature of my work end up with scratches much to soon leading to replacement. Since my prescription is not overly strong the extra weight of glass is not a big deal. In addition, since I grew up with glass lenses I don't find weight to be excessive. Bottom line. Good service, good price, good product. Very happy with result.

Great communication and attention to detail

I only received one email saying that they had received my glasses but never received a single update. I had to email to find out the status of my order. Customer Service was friendly and apologetic for the lack of communication. When I received my order it was extremely well packaged and protected. My new lenses were perfect. It’s a shame that Lens Factories website/communication doesn’t match the quality of their product.

Andrea is a wonderful person to have there. She is super prompt with emails and if you have any problems with your lenses, talk to her! My first set of lenses were off a “hair” but it made a difference. Lens Factory is great to work with on getting corrections done.
