LensFactoryReviews of lensfactory.com

My glasses fit great and the lenses were perfect.

Repeat customer. The Lens Factory did a great job. Their lenses were perfect and their turn around time was fantastic. It took longer for the post office to get my frames to them than they did to work them and get them shipped back to me. I would definitely recommend their services.

Wrong Rx. Ned to be redone.

I like easy processing to order the replacement progressive lenses. However, near to mid vision is clear but far vision came out not focus...

For people to understand their customers and do right by them is rare! However, at LensFactory they will do whats right every time. I am even impressed how long it took to receive my glasses, was very very short wait by the time they arrived there. They will do you good, they will do you great. You'll SEE Much love and respect!

The time it took you to make the lenses was annoyingly long. Other than that I'm happy with them.

My lenses are perfect and great. Time on delivery fast. I am great full..
