Extremely happy with the lenses Lens Factory supplied for my new frames.

You can tell a lot about a company when things go wrong. My frames broke when they tried to put in new lenses. They apologized and offered to replace the frames at no cost. They also refunded the cost of the lenses. An offer beyond what I might have expected.

After a rocky start the Lensfactory really came through. When they returned my glasses the first time, something was definitely wrong. Couldn't see out of the lenses. But a quick return and they had it corrected in no time. No excuses. No hassles. They'll do you right.

I have had mulitple lenses created for my progressive prescription. They have been very reliable and accurate with my orders! Great to company!

I thought the entire experience almost perfect. It was my first time and I sent an older pair of glasses so that the measurements of my new ones would be perfect ( also sent my RX) - my old pair had slight marks on the lenses which I asked kindly if the folks could fix,whilst preparing my new frames. Perhaps a little cheeky but in the old days the business would be happy to go step further to promote trust and customer service . My only disappointment was that request was completely ignored - if they had executed my little request, I would remember and promote them long after my glasses had run their lifetime - it’s an integrity thing, a class thing, it’s charm and warmth... but saying this, the glasses came back great, the pair id paid for ..

Kept me informed at every step of the process. Quick turnaround. Quality lenses for my favorite old B&L frames.
