Timely and useful communications First time user

Delivered without delay, with the product as expected, with no gimmicks along the way.

Great service and super fast shipment

I always received a prompt response, and customer service was ready to help and knowledgeable. Getting my frames refilled with prescription was the easiest and fastest process as well. I received periodic updates on my order which was great. I highly recommend LensesRX for their services going forward!

Great Customer Service! Messages left were always returned, helpful and knowledgeable of their products and services. Well pleased with my first online prescription glasses order. AND of course I would purchase from again!!

I love LensesRX. I love their prices. I love their communication. I love the quality of what they produce. I've bought lenses and frames there many times, and it's always been a very good experience. If you can't handle a week or two wait, then don't use them, but if you plan ahead, they're great and will save you a bunch. The thing I really appreciated this time (got new lenses), is that I sent in the old lenses (and they returned them), but what was impressive is that on the old lenses they had marked several locations, with a fine tip sharpie, with crosses and lines, which told me they were doing everything possible to get my new lenses just right.

Great lenses

Customer service was wonderful and I received my frames in a timely manner. I love the frames. They are just as pictured and as I expected. The prices are very competitive. I would highly recommend LensesRX.!!!
