Process time has exceeded the time advertised on the website. Call center does not take incoming calls “Please leave s message” Very disappointing customer service.

Bad experience, I paid premium price's for High Index, thin Crizal lenses, received thick, bad prescription, no Crizal lenses. I sent them back, took 1 month, no crizal lenses. This company can't be trusted.

A lens was not filled to a prescription according to my ophthalmologist. I was unable to determined this until my next annual evaluation. I wanted to voice my concern with a supervisor. I was unavailable when a return call was made. Upon calling back I was informed that a second attempt would not be made...Unacceptable customer service.

They sent me the wrong lenses. I sent them back and they were tracked to the next town over from them. Brooklyn. They confirmed this with email. Now they say the post office lost them so they don't have to refund my money. I have been dealing with this for 6 months now calling, emailing and they refuse to refund my money, over 100.00 very deceptive company. I would not recommend them

Company stated they could notnmake my lenses as the old ones were out of glasses. I emailed them on Thanksgiving asking to advise how to have my glasses returned. I have yet to hear anything from them or receive my designer glasses back.

7/17/24 placed and pd for a "rush order". Received my 3 prs. of glasses 8/5 (19 days later)! The worst customer service, they do not answer the phone, MUST wait for a call back (if they choose to, called 4 times, they returned 2 calls next day, the following week nothing!!! One email was answered, stating I could change my shipping method, to what, slower, that is the only option ?????? They used to be good, ordered many pairs years ago. BUYER BEWARE!!!

This company has a smart mouthed manage. Sent my new glasses with crooked nose bridge. Wanted to sell me a new frame. Crooked nose bridge was soldered onto frames crooked. I feel like they should have replaced frames fr free. The lady I emailed was ver rude and her emails to me were u professional! Wouldn’t give me her managers email address.

I ordered my frames thinking they were in stock after week I sent a e mail asking for a update was told waiting on frames to be shipped 5 days later i sent another e mail asking for a update and finally someone asked the shop what is going on and they were backordered. So I was given a choice of Green or blur which I wanted neither but I needed glasses so chose the green and a week and a few days now and they still aren't done. I wasn't offered anything for my wait or otherwise. It will unfortunately be the last pair I order. As of this review I still do not have my glasses and they have not been shipped yet. Brian
