Long wait for lenses. Was sent requiring signature and ended up being brought back to the post office

I have used this service for years now and the experience has been tremendous. Only two issues, one my fault and one theirs. The orders were corrected immediately! Their prices are spectacular and the company makes every effort to make it right. Kudos to a hard working company that still provides "service".

I got lens replacements and they made the process quick and easy. Got my glasses back quickly as well. The only reason I knock a star off is because I ordered Crizal Alize coating and didn't receive a certificate of authenticity with them. Compared to other lenses I have with the Crizal coating they seem to be legit. I just would have liked that certificate of authenticity to make it feel like I got what I ordered.

I've had issues with this company before and have placed many lens replacement orders with them over the years, but they seemed to have turned a corner as I have had them replace 7 pairs of lenses in frames over the past year, 2016, with all positive results. not sure what the changes they've done, either personnel changes or management changes but it has been for the good. They've won my confidence back. if you have issues with them give them the chance to make it right, they almost always will, it's just good business. kudos Lenses RX you've won me back!!!!
