It's been 18 days since they received my frames and my glasses have yet to be shipped

I ordered a pair of silhouette frames from LensesRX because I broke one of the arms on my frames. I actually ordered them based on the numbers that were on the inside of one of the arms. I spoke with LensesRX prior to purchasing and was assured that my existing lenses would fit based on all the numbers matching. I received the frames in a timely manner otherwise they would have received a 1 star. Anyway, once the frames arrived I tried to put my lenses into the frames and they would not fit at all. I sent photos to their customer service and they did offer to accept them as a return; however, now I'm paying shipping to return an item for an issue with a frame that was not my fault at all. I also was shorted $3.99 on my return, which I have no idea what that is. I thought about calling them but my time is way more valuable. I would never recommend this company to anyone else that is purchasing frames or lenses. The only thing they offered to do was make lenses for my prescription. Well the glasses were new and I did not need lenses. First and last time I will use this company.
