Was extremely disappointed that I didnt receive a pair of prescription sunglasses that I had ordered and paid expedited shipping on in the time frame that I was assured I would receive them by. I was counting on them for a baseball tournament and not receiving them left me in a bind. Their customer service folks did however seem to be fair and easy to work with.

I sent my glasses with notes on the prescriptions to use on my lens refill for two pair of glasses they got the prescriptions mixed up, they don’t answer the phone, very annoying! I had to ask for a return label although it was their fault to return the 2 pair of glasses they messed up!! Customer service is terrible, I’m only getting one pair refilled and still waiting for my refund on the second pair and the one pair of glasses to be refilled.

My order has not been fulfilled. I ordered glass frames October 4, 2025. It's now October 21, 2025. Sixteen days which is well over 72 hours. You claim that I would have received my order within 72 hours. I will be reporting this to my credit card company.

First the code wouldn’t work that was in the front page then it took two weeks to ship the lenses and now they have been stuck in the mail for another week even though they shipped from my own state 3 hours away. Now the tracking has stopped updating I’m not even sure I’m going to get them at all but they sent me an email twice now to leave a review so here you go. This has been atrocious

They send my prescription lenses to poste Canada one week after the strike begin ,I paid this delivery 49usd 68.59$ canadien for 250g package and now my lenses are stuck somewhere until stricken finish and take month before I get them, 1 week after national strike begin wtf you send package with poste Canada ?? Now I'm stuck with no money to buy other and no lenses for a long time it sad my only choice is waiting .....

What a waste of time. They showed that the frames I needed were in stock - and still do. I broke mine recently, and the manufacturer informed me that they were discontinued. LensesRX, like many others, show them to be available. What happens is you'll place the order, and wait and wait and wait. You'll try to call, and get nowhere. Finally, you'll get a notice that they are no longer available. UPDATE YOUR SITES!

I try my level best to avoid negatively reviewing small business because I'm for them, my mission is to avoid large businesses. Well, I ordered from what I thought was a well reviewed site on the 31st of May. I got a response saying my order way placed. Later on another msg from a representative saying the glasses I ordered were no longer in their inventory and I can contact their customer service line to order different frames or get a refund. I called 4 times left multiples messages and emailed 2 times. I did also contact Paypal to get my refund of $181.48. I'm yet to hear from them. I even responded back to the individual that sent the email letting me know my order wasn't filled and nothing back. Poor customer service I will never recommend dealing with this company. FYI their a majority of their recent reviews are Anonymous.

It’s taken over three weeks for an update on my order. I ordered glasses (no prescription needed). I probably won’t use this company again.
