Very communicative, excellent customer service!

I ordered and within seven days I got prescription, Gen S Transitions photochromic bifocals with AR coating for my Rayban Meta Wayfarers for much cheaper than any other online retailer, or local brick and mortar (including Costco/Kirkland Optical). In fact, my local costco flat out told me it could not be done. This is faster than I would have gotten from a local brick and mortar shop.

Very simple ordering process and website, great value with frequent coupons. Only wish it was easier to call and contact a human in customer service. Emails are lacking.
