Glasses came almost a month after initial order. They’re nice but there’s some damage in the plastic piece between the lens. Looks like someone was holding it with some sort of solvent on their fingers so there’s fingerprints embedded on both sides and the plastic there has lost its sheen. Doesn’t come off with the cleaning cloth. Saw it as soon as I opened the box. Upon closer inspection I also see a chip on the edge of the left lens! So defective on both frames and lenses! Disappointed!

Paid $20 for rush shipping and they mailed them a week later after I emailed them complaining. They made the package one I had to sign for and I was at work so could not receive it! This further delayed the process! These are glasses not drugs! Should not need to delay with a signature !

Almost two weeks and half after I order the new prescription glasses and you guys keep “work in progress” status . Walmart or my local vision shop are way faster than you making those

Unfortunately, these people who are Orthodox Jews don't mention that no work will be done over the Passover holiday or on any Jewish holidays. I have no problem with people performing their religious obligations. My dissatisfaction with this company is their not communicating the days they will be closed and not working. Passover ran from April 22-May 1st. They received my eyeglasses for lens replacement on April 18th. It's May 4th today and it says online that they're still processing my order. Now they're swamped with work that was neglected over Passover. Maybe in a few more weeks I'll receive my glasses. I lucked out that I didn't opt for and pay extra for faster shipping. It wouldn't have helped. Before ordering from this company, check the calendar for Jewish holidays. It will affect when you receive your order. But they do excellent work. I've used them several times and never had any problems previously. But fortunately those orders weren't impacted by any religious holidays and the turnaround was great.

Tracking package is unnecessarily difficult. You don't even send the tracking number, and then you ask me to link my Google account, etc.. On top of that, your service takes way too long to deliver the product.

I haven’t received my glasses yet to give y’all my opinion. I think it’s ridiculous that I haven’t received them yet.

Poor Customer Service. It's almost 4 weeks haven't received my eye glasses irrespective paying for premium shipping charges. The prices make be ok but make sure you have extra pair. On eye glasses, It's better to pay more somewhere and get it faster specially if you need them asap. Not Good Experience !

Order submitted 9-27-23, order received 10-23-23. Otherwise, excellent product.
