I am highly disappointed with my experience with LensesRx. They shipped my glasses without polishing the edges of the lenses, which is a basic quality control oversight. When I contacted customer service about their mistake, they refused to take accountability. Instead, they expect me to pay extra money and ship the glasses back just to get the work done correctly. To make matters worse, they completely refused to offer any sort of discount or compensation for the extreme inconvenience they caused. I do not recommend using this company.

I ordered frames only which you indicated you had in stock. Today, 10 days later I have a USPS tracking number which states a label has been created and USPS is awaiting the item. At this point it will be approximately two weeks for delivery of a pair of frames? Not an acceptable time line

paid for express service 2 weeks aga and still dont have my glasses

Took forever with the expedited shipping but did get refunded for that. Received the absolute wrong color on transition lens and they want us to send them back. Already took awhile to receive them. Customer service was good but still for almost 300 you’d think the color would be right.

I've done business with LensesRX for years, in Ludington a little earlier this year, and I have never had any real issue. They've been really good ! However THIS TIME whoever handled the Order acted as if they did NOT want o be bothered when I tried to track the package and asked a few questions because it was running late , AND they did the Tinting which I PAID for WRONG! I Specifically asked for GRADIENT , but apparently they said the Hell with what I ask for..So Im very unpleased this go round !!

We contacted you and confirmed the frames were available. We placed the order on line, frames only on Feb 24. I received a notice that the optometrist approved and nothing. It's now been two weeks and we still have no status on the order.

My Glasses werw sent to me with the wrong prescription. i thiink had to pay to ship them back to have this issue corrected.
