I ordered replacement lenses online for my original eyeglass frames. My frame was broken when the lenses I ordered arrived. Exactly, the right hinge part was broken. So I contacted the customer center, and they said they would refund the price of the lens I ordered without compensation for my frame. Obviously, even though my frame was broken due to their fault, their compensation policy only compensates for the lenses I ordered. Beware of those looking to order lenses through this company. They don't want to take responsibility for their mistakes.

Today I had the pleasure of dealing with Duval who was what everyone needs when dealing with customer service. Timely responses and went beyond what was needed to make me a satisfied customer. Thank you Duval.
