Lenora is fantastic!
Lenora was amazing and the only person who was able to assist me. I called and emailed for 4 days with promises that they'll get back to me for an urgent order that needed doctors verification. I almost cancelled in frustration but once I spoke to Lenora she smoothed everything out within minutes. I was about to end my business with Lensdirect. I'll give it another try next time. Next time I'll just text, I feel like the emails just get lost and the phone calling (although they are nice) were not able to assist me with my order.
