Awesome customer service!
I’ve shopped through Lens Direct before and had a great experience. This time I ordered contacts that are taking a while to get to me. I contacted support and was assisted by Kayla. She checked and informed me that my product is on back order. She upgraded my shipping and will be checking with the manufacturer for an eta and LensDirect will keep me updated! Kayla was polite and gave me a satisfactory answer to my question! 😊
