Nyah answered my questions in a timely fashion and did what they could to expedite my order. In general, it would be better to know about backordered items at the time or ordering.

Just awful customer service
Just awful customer service. Took them 6 weeks to send my contacts out after ordering them. When they did arrive to my local USPS, it was returned to LensDirect because they mis-printed my shipping address, although I had provided it correctly on my end. I've tried reaching out for help, but I just keep getting shuffled around to different customer service agents who keep telling me to be patient and that there's nothing they can do. I recommend going to absolutely any other company.

Delayed Contact Lenses: Resolved
I ordered my contacts around June 2nd and my order has been pending inventory since June 19th. I decided to reach out to LensDirects to see what the hold up was and Nyah got back to me within a day. They informed me that they were waiting for my left contact lense to come in (which would be sometime this week) and once it did they would immediately shipped. They also waived my shipping cost and said it would arrive within 2 business day so now I just have to wait!

Order delays with no explanation
Ordered my contact lenses on June 2nd. I had to contact them on June 16th to ask why they haven’t shipped yet. They are still stuck in “packaging and QA” today. It’s been nearly 3 weeks. Had I known this I would have ordered from somewhere else. Customer service (Natasha) was zero help other than offering to email me to notify me when my lenses ship. I’d rather have an explanation to the delay.
