The order process is easy
The order process is easy; but when I had a problem with the Rx not uploading, I chatted with Bibi on the site and she resolved everything for me which included and extra 10% discount!!! Will always order lenses from LensDirect!!!

Fantastic service
I’ve placed only two orders with Lensdirect, and already had to contact customer service once because of a misdelivered package (not their fault). Sharissa was quick to address my needs and get everything sorted out. Order was fast, prescription is accurate, customer service is responsive (and human), and the glasses are really good. After two orders, I already purchased four more sets of eyeglasses. With these prices, I’m able to put together several different looks for less than what most places charge for a single pair of eyeglasses.
