Super Helpful Team
Chela, Kwasi, and Sari were all helpful with communicating an adjustment on my prescription order. Instead of the order being canceled and returned like most would, they helped fix and get things straight. Best customer service.

Impressed by great customer service.
I was very impressed with the ease in which I could interact with customer service. Demario was very prompt in responding to me. I was surprised I was texting to a real person that was very accommodating to my concerns with LensDirect getting the information I was providing. I have already recommended a friend to obtain new lenses for her glasses from lensDirect.

talked to Dion Anthony at Lens Direct
talked to Dion Anthony at Lens Direct. Needed an update on lens replacement on glasses I sent in as I am flying out in 10 days. He said he would upgrade shipping to warp speed. Benn using this company for about 5 years for lens replacement. They always do great work and the team that answers the phone are five star. Thanks Dion,,, for your help
