Hi I just received my lens replacement glasses back and I noticed that they weren't bifocals and I thought that I had ordered bifocals but I got them back with vision distance only .However , BiBi suggested that I send them back and the company would redo the lense replacement at no charge for the mix-up. So I'm so happy that the company is going to make the bifocals replacement with no charge and BiBi was extremely helpful and she's also going to send me a new offer where I can send my other pair of glasses in soon. Thank you so much for taking care of my problem. I'll be sending you more business especially mine ! David 😀
