Nyah was absolutely amazing
Nyah was absolutely amazing. The customer service she provided was far and above my expectations. My lens did not fit and she provided a label for me to ship back with my frames and they will be fitted correctly. Im about to drop off in the mail today and a very satisfied customer and one now for a long time to come. Thank you

Is My Time Worth The Savings??
The wrong prescription was sent in my initial contact lens order. I had to return the incorrect lenses and pay the postage out of my pocket, providing the Tracking Number to LensDirect. They would not mail the correct lenses to me until they received the incorrect ones. The order was paid in full when it was initially placed. My original order was for a 90-day supply. I was sent a 30-day supply of the correct lenses. Again, more time for me to email LensDirect and wait for a response. The remainder of my order is on its way. My original order was placed on May 7. Almost one month later, and they are trying to get it right. Hopefully, the third time will be the charm. Is my time worth the savings??
