Great Experience
I am so glad that I decided to use Lens Direct. My optometrist quoted me an enormous amount to get new lenses and I couldn’t afford it and my two older children told me about Lens Direct. It was a fraction of the cost. I had a great experience through Dion, who was very helpful in helping me get my order and with everything that I needed for my eyesight.

My prescription is changing
My prescription is changing , but my eye appointment isn’t for another 2 months. My auto shipment had started shipping out my previous prescription. They kindly stopped my shipment and refunded me immediately and paused my auto shipment until I get my new prescription. Thank you very much!!!!!

Kwais was exceptional and very knowledgeable
Kwais was very knowledgeable. He helped me understand and was an absolute pleasure to talk with. I’ve been using Len‘s Direct for about five years and he by far stood out as one of the best, exceptional. I’m glad I got to talk to him. It made my experience much less painful.
