Kwasi was patient and professional…
Kwasi was patient and professional while I explained my situation. Quickly determined what the issue was and proceeded to solve it. He then gave me several ways to he could solve my issue and let me pick the one that works best for me. He even sent me an email and waited until I received it just to make sure. He resolved my issue in a few moments. Was very pleasant. All in all my experience was great

Excellent customer service - RISSA
RISSA was responsive, super helpful, and clear in assisting with my online login issue and inadvertent order. The issue was remedied in less than 5 minutes. A pleasure to deal with.

This is a Drop Shipper -- Avoid
Timeliness is underestimated, even when purchasing "warp speed". The company is effectively drop shipping contacts. They are not a "contact company" and certainly not "Lens Direct". You order. They get them from the manufacturer. Then they package and mail. They advertise inventory that they simply don't have. Deceptive and disappointing.

Adelita was suuuper helpful!
