Rissa is the BEST
I made a mistake on the order and she fixed it, no problem! I am heading home for Thanksgiving and needed contacts, I accidentally put my school address, not my home address. Rissa fixed it right away. So grateful!

Great Service, great price!
I got a great price for my lenses through Linsdirect.com. I had a little question after the process. It was after hours when I submitted the question, and Nyah responded first thing in the morning. I really appreciate the prompt and courteous reply. Great service!

Great customers service
Great customers service. Mario was so caring and responsive to help take care with my order. My prescription was expired and I couldn’t fill my order. Mario kept checking in by calling and texting to keep tab to make sure that I get my prescription so my order can complete. A plus service..

Still my favorite glasses
In summer 2024, I shipped my 20-something-year-old prescription glasses frames to LensDirect for lens replacement and hoped for the best. I had a newer, lighter pair of glasses from another manufacturer, but they just couldn't match my old glasses for comfort (even though the lenses on the old glasses had gone bubbly). My old frames came back intact with beautiful new lenses. Since then, I've worn my repaired glasses almost every day (even though I have a contact lens prescription and that other pair of lighter glasses as options any time I want). In spite of mud, rain, adventures with dogs, and exposure to alkali conditions, desert heat, and mountain storms, my old glasses with new lenses still seem to be dirt-and-scratch resistant, and I've taken my old glasses with their new lenses backpacking, hiking, and running, as well as to far more mundane pursuits such as office meetings and long stints in front of the computer. More than a year later I am still so grateful (and my glasses are still so excellent) that I wanted to come back and say thanks again. Thank you, LensDirect. You've made a huge improvement in my daily life and my ability to see.
