I found lensdirect online through a few searches and reading the reviews. I walked through placing an order and found it quite easy to enter all the details about my frame, the prescription, type of lenses, etc.. Lensdirect also had various discount offers which made the whole process very attractive. Shipping was also made easy after they sent me a shipping label. They asked me to measure and enter my Pupillary Distance which again was simple after following their instructions. I received my glasses back with new lenses about three and a half weeks later and they are perfect! I wrote all of the steps above for those who are doing this for the first time and may be apprehensive about parting with their favorite frames. The process was easy, people are very friendly. Chelsea who I contacted a couple of times with questions was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. My favorite glasses have been renewed by lensdirect in a seamless, friendly, hassle free and to be honest inexpensive manner. I would go back to them again. I have recommended my wife to send her favorite frames for new lenses also.
