Great Experience
It’s very easy to order glasses with Lens Direct. I am a returning customer. Their customer service is very prompt with any questions and responses. My customer service representative, Lexie, was very helpful.

You sent the wrong contact lenses
You sent the wrong contact lenses. I was supposed to have a multifocal which is on my prescription and you send a single focal and when I called you didn’t sell a multifocal. I mean, it was easy. I got them in a timely manner. The pricing was good, but I got the wrong contacts. I had to return them to get them back to you to get a credit back for what I paid. Just a little frustrating.
