A much appreciative positive review
I used to use my vision insurance, go to the mall spend $500 out-of-pocket and walk out with pretty much the same thing I walked in with I now have four pair of glasses from LensDirect. Very happy with them and especially impressed by the customer service that I have received my most recent order. I had to make a change last minute everything was taken care of quickly and friendly. I have not received the new pair but am sure they will be fantastic. This circumstance was taken care of by Darcel. And that is who 4 of my 5 stars are for. I look forward continuing by patronage in the future.
