Super service
Super service. I paid for expedited etc but they said it might still take a couple of weeks. I was leaving the country in less time and very anxious to have my glasses. Surprise, surprise, they came back in record time and they are very beautifully made. They responded / acted immediately, and communication was tops, letting me know every step.
Response from LensDirect.comOct 23, 2026

Providing prompt service, beautiful workmanship, and clear communication every step of the way is what we strive for. Thank you for trusting LensDirect with your glasses, and we wish you safe and happy travels!

They did not let me use the gift card
I bought a gift card to use on my purchase, but the checkout page didn’t let me enter it. Customer service said they could apply it manually once I placed the order, but after I gave them the order number, they claimed they couldn’t apply the gift card because I used a 20% promotion. A gift card is money. A discount shouldn’t block it. I gave up using the gift card. Update: After seeing this review, LensDirect contacted me and refunded the gift card's value. Thank you for resolving the issue.
Response from LensDirect.comOct 19, 2026
Hello KS! Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience you experienced when trying to use your gift card alongside your 20% promotion. We understand your concern and would love the opportunity to make things right. We’d be happy to have the gift card applied to your order and process a refund for the corresponding amount back to your original payment card. Please reach out to our customer service team so we can assist you with resolving this matter. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope to turn your experience around!
