We were seen at the Southdale Mall Lenscrafters in Edina MN. and can honestly say had excellent customer service from walking in the door till the end of the process. I will have to say Anthony was such a pleasure to work with. He is very personable, knowledgeable, and kept working with us until we were very satisfied.

I had the pleasure of excellent customer service from Shanice opticians located at your Pico location. Shanice helped me with fixing the frames I brought in. I didn’t have to wait and a pleasure to have worked with. I feel Shanice will be a great asset to your company . I look forward to coming in again soon and having her as my. Customer service in optician 5 Thank you , Rochelle block Lewis I was in your store yesterday Sunday 11/28/‘2021

I went to Lenscrafters in Northfield, Denver, CO in a bit of a panic. I lost my night driving glasses and have mono vision and could not see to drive. Juwan took me under his wings "literally" and helped me find exactly what I needed and asked for. He even checked to see if my Insurance could give me a lower price. Juwan is AMAZING. Then another employee was waiting patiently anticipating what my needs were - actually waiting knowing my needs. As it ended up, she, Anna, was the ophthalmologist. As soon as Juwan and I were done, Anna said, I can get your glasses ready in 1/2hour to make sure I wasn't driving around in the dark and not seeing well. I told her I had to pick up grandkids at three. I walked in 20 minutes later after taking a walk, she had my glasses ready and made sure they were exact. WOW thank you Anna and Juwan! True story!

I initially became a customer in 1997. Upon returning to Canada have remained with Lenscrafter. Some previous visits in the last few months l experienced some less than satisfactory customer service. Today my visit was so more pleasant. Selena at Square one is so friendly and professional. My faith in Lenscrafter has been renewed today. Looking forward to many years in the future with Lenscrafter as my eyeglasses provider. Regards, David Paes 647-990-7939

I ordered glasses at the Galleria Lenscrafter store in Ft. Lauderdale. I and opted for close vision only rather than transitional. When I tried them on at the store I realized that I had made a big mistake. The salesperson, Aaron Aligood told me that he could fix this easily and then proceeded to take the time to educate me about my options so I could make a decision that was perfect for me. In the end, I didn't mind spending a little more to get exactly what I needed, and actually bought an additional pair of prescription sunglasses while I was there because he made the process so easy. Thanks, Lori Lafreniere.

Woodbine center is one the best lenscrafter. The staff like Susan azzez and lab tech Jackie are great

Ordered a pair of sunglasses with Progressive lens. Came back but the lens was incorrect. They sent back and had them redone. This time lens was correct but sunglasses were wraparounds and I could not get used to them, caused me to be nauseous. I took them back and received a full refund and they were so nice and professional about the refund, can't say enough nice things about the Beavercreek Lenscrafters.

I went into LensCrafters at Anderson Towne Center on August 6, 2021, with a pair of glasses I had accidentally stepped on. I was greeted by Hannah - I assumed she was simply a salesperson. Not so! She got out several pieces of equipment and went to work to repair the bent frames and missing screw. My mom and I left the glasses with her while we shopped at Macy's. When we returned to LensCrafters, my glasses, now in pristine condition, awaited me. There was no charge. Thanks for a great experience!
