First time using LensCrafters. Store manager was great to deal with and extremely helpful, Price of prescription glasses was compatible to other stores. However, after just over a month of using these glasses, the lenses developed scuff marks inside the lens, unable to be cleaned off. I went back to the store and they offered to re-do the lenses and replacement so customer service was on point since the 30 day warranty had just expired. Only time will tell if the new lenses develop these marks also. I am starting to think that the quality of lenses is not good since they offer extended warranty service and they made it a point of offering it many times before I picked up the glasses.
