My granddaughter needed her glasses adjusted; they were crooked on her face. We went into Lenscrafters at Bell Air Mall in Mobile,AL. The gentleman there took care of us immediately, adjusting the glasses and fitting them three times to be sure they fit correctly. There was no charge. All of us appreciate his kindness and his expertise.

This Downers Grove, IL Lenscrafters rocked my world in an awesome way! They are the top level of great customer care. It all began with my phone conversation with Dakota. She is so kind and knowledgeable and what's more, she's willing and ready to create a beautiful experience. Once my husband and I arrived to the location we were greeted by Dakota. Then, Maria took me into her care and treated me like a princess. She showed such friendliness and professionalism. I began to feel at ease. I finally was handed over to Dr. Santucci. I wish that I met her years ago. Dr. Santucci really listened to my concerns. She showed such compassion and care for me as a person. She explained so many things about my eyes/health that I never knew, but that I need to know. They all worked with my insurance and made extremely helpful suggestions. Their patience is unreal. I feel so blessed to have taken a chance on this Downers Grove, IL Lenscrafters!!

When I was in Fairview Mall today, I dropped by Lenscrafters to see if they could help me out to tighten the arms of my glass frames. They were very kind and helpful in assisting me when my glasses were not even bought from them AND they did not charge me. I will definitely come here the next time I am looking for frames. Thank you!

I recently purchased glasses from another store. They didn't fit well and they didn't seem interested or able to do anything. My wife, a long time Lens Crafter customer suggested I ask if they would be willing to try. With reluctance and a red face, I approached their office. Their positive attitude immediately put me at ease. After a very few minutes of adjustment, I left with complete satisfaction. The old saying was true: "You often get what you pay for." However: My discount specs were made whole by "top quality service.". Thanks to Audrey & Andrea for their help today. I guess you know where I will go when these need to be replaced.

Allan was very professional, extremely well informed about the product, patient, polite and friendly. I am so happy with my customer experience I had to send you this brief note how pleased I was.
