Excellent!,I failed my dot vision test,and needed glasses in 1 day,I went to the cuyahoga falls store and Joshua was very helpful and referred me to the summit mall LensCrafters since they have the lab,they got me right in for a exam and were very nice and understanding thanks to Dr Ami Patel for making that happen. I was sent to Shannon and she did a OUTSTANDING job of finding my glasses at a great price and thanks to the people in the lab,they had them done in 30 minutes!,I passed my dot physical thanks to all of you!!

Outstanding Dr. Barber at lens crafters at 8471 Beverely Blvd. Los Angeles 90048 . Patience- Kind- and accurate plus will give you all the time you need without rushing you out of the office . Hunter thé salesperson who help me with my choice of glasses was wonderful as well . He made my experience delightful by asking everyone around what they thought of the frames I was looking at . I was delighted with these 2 employees and I recommend this store for eye exams and glasses .

I appreciate the helpful service from Zach at the Liberty Twp, OH location. He took the time to fix 3 pair of glasses for me, and made sure the fix and fit was correct. We have been customers for over 30 years. I do find that your review process is very difficult to navigate.

I obtained excellent service. Eye doctor was very proficient and patient. Personnel was very attentive. I am very pleased with the service provided. My eyeglasses arrived in one week instead of two. Ordered sunglasses and they also arrived within a week instead of two.

Excellent Customer Service at the Gardens Mall, Pbg,Fl Macys....Tammy was Professional and Very Helpful... She fixed my Ray Ban Sunglasses in a quick manner.. Tammy does an outstanding job and should be recognized for her Work Ethic..

LensCrafters in the Rockaway Mall in Rockaway, NJ Kristy Peele is always so kind and helpful. Great attitude. I’ve brought my glasses in multiple times because I keep stepping on them, etc. She is always so happy to help me with a smile. You are lucky to have her. Marisol H
