Due to the knowledge and expertise of Tiffany, Kayla and John at Saratoga LensCrafters, I am enjoying my full vision! There was a major error in the prescription from my doctor's office. Tiffany, Kayla and John worked with me patiently, discovered the source of my vision problems and helped me get a corrected prescription. I am forever grateful to them. I can SEE!!! Thank you.

Baybrook Mall Location was the best. Jackie was the tech that helped me try on several frames. Took her time with me while I decided what I liked. Thank you again Jackie for all your help. Love my new frames.

I walked in and got an appt within the hour, had excellent service from the salesperson who knew her products and all about my insurance. I got an eye exam, which was the best I’ve ever had, and purchased a new pair of glasses. I was completely satisfied with my experience at the Wilton, NY store.

I walked in without an appointment. I broke my glasses and needed a new replacement right away. I had an exact pair of glasses and they were able to replace the lenses from the broken pair to the intact frames. i was so thrilled! I highly recommend the West LA store on Pico.

I just came back from Len's Crafters. It is Friday June 24/22. Brad was the sales rep. He was very good. We made arrangements for 2 pair of glasses. Reg day glasses and sun glasses. He did everything in his power to get me a deal. These days that is extremely important and difficult to find. Actually the remaining staff also stepped up and pitched in. It was a unified effort. I have to naturally wait 2 weeks to get them but Brad also stated that if I had any reservations at all about either pair within 30 days they would correct the situation. I greatly appreciate the service. In some cases in the past I've been to other businesses that did not recognize certain discounts. Brad was very honest. He worked diligently to give the customer care. I have dealt with him before and he has not disappointed.
