LensCraftersReviews of lenscrafters.com

Lenscrafter and The Eye Center at Southpoint Mall NC gave me highly professional services for both my eye exam and glasses and contact lenses prescriptions. Their opticians are skilled and knowledgeable. As a courtesy, Lenscrafter also adjusted the fit of my glasses at the end of my visit, even though I had not purchased them there. I would definitely recommend them for optical care.

Lenscrafters is the best 👌 eye care company. The sales staff are very knowledgeable and very informative. They are very friendly and kind. There frames and lenses are the best. I have dealt with this company for at least the last 20 to 25 yrs. They stand by their products.

My wife and I went to LensCrafters for new glasses. We enjoyed the time we spent there because Jenniffer was so helpful in finding glasses that were right for us. Thank you.

Recently my wife and I visited Brookfield Wisconsin location. We were very well received by Stephanie and we truly enjoyed her attentiveness and hospitality. She was knowledgeable and friendly and we would send anyone to her for consult. Thank you, Stephanie. Keith & Margaret Kiehnau

I recently wrote a review for a LensCrafters store in Bismark, ND but it was the store in Fargo, ND I visited (West Acres). I apologize - a traveler getting cities confused. Natalie at the Fargo store was more than great. She took care of an adjustment issue quickly and professionally. She got right what the initial provider couldn't. Thank you!

LensCrafters in Gaithersburg Md (Rio Lakefront store) did a great job in adjusting my eyeglass frames (Nike Sport Transition lenses) on 8/06/22. The customer service agent (Heather) was very friendly and eager to help after I explained that the glasses kept sliding forward if bending my head down. Heather was able to heat/bend the side frame downward behind the ear. Now the glasses don’t slide forward. I was initially afraid I was going to wear an eyeglass retainer, which I really didn’t want to do. I really like theses frames, (I also have 2 other pair of glasses, being one sunglass and one with clip on sunglass. ( wearing darker/sunglasses help prevent me from seeing more “floaters” in my vision). I like the Nike the best, being more comfortable and I don’t have to keep switching glasses. My Transition lenses in the Nike frames are my preference. Thank you Heather!

So I called this morning to see if my glasses had come in last night and they didn’t, so drew had told me to wait until about 12 noon and he would give me a call letting me know if my glasses had come in on todays shipment, well I went in and surprised them with some donuts and it turned out my glasses hadn’t been in todays afternoon shipment either which was fine I knew my glasses were going to take a little while, a little while later I get a call from drew saying that they didn’t see my glasses but they had them!! So I drove back to get my glasses and see if they fit and how good I could see out of them. Everything was perfect I have 0 complaints, I don’t even blame them for not seeing my glasses at first it’s a simple human mistake it happens all the time, the only thing that mattered to me was they had my glasses! They are very professional and courteous I’ve said this a few times already and I’ll say it again they have a customer for life, they way they treated me and respected me and worked with me and ray ban on my behalf was just out of this world!! Thank you so very much for everything I am yet another satisfied customer thank you thank you thank you I can’t give you enough stars or thumbs up you guys rock!!
