I went to the KOP store looking for specific frames. Brandi immediately began looking for the frames and when she couldn't find them, she called the other store to determine if they carried them. Not only did she ask Jackie to hold the eyeglasses for me, but also told me to ask for the Black Friday deal which would give me a large discount. She went above and beyond to assist me. Her customer service skills are top notch. She should be rewarded for her work ethic, superior service and helpfulness. Great job!!

I have purchased glasses from LensCrafters for years and have always been more than satisfied. Recently I needed a repair and went to the Auburn, Mass location. Kristan went above and beyond to assist me and not only fixed the problem, but made my glasses more comfortable than before!

I have been to lens crafters twice—Evansville eastland mall—to replace nose pads on sunglasses. They courteously helped, replaced pads and free of charge. I offered to pay, they said it’s a service to customers. Lens crafters rock.
