I came to pick up mine and my son's glasses and I wanted to put in how awesome Shelley was to work with from the beginning to the end! She is so knowledgeable and so fun to work with and can fit your glasses to a T! I'm a customer for life and my son certainly is now too! ❤️ Thank you so much! I'm late on writing about this as it was crazy with all the holidays, but I wanted to make sure she got credit for the fantastic work she does!!! I'll definitely be back again, lol, probably very soon for another pair!!!😊

Latoya Dixon Saved the Day! Received my new glasses from the LensCrafters store at 2050 Broadway, but they didn't seem right. In spite of numerous evaluations by staff I was told that I had to get used to them. After over a month I was finally seen by Latoya who solved the problem. She is extremely knowledgeable, competent and a pleasure to work with. l

I just wanted to share my experience at LensCrafters store in Devonshire Mall, Windsor ON. I would like to say a “big thank you” to Sandra, an amazing sales associate, who served me very professionally. I very much appreciate her service and would for sure come back again and ask for her and refer friends and family to her personally. The store must be proud of her!!.

Glasses broke as I was out, they couldn't fix them permanently, but did a temp fix so I could at least see my way home... And didn't charge me, awesome staff, friendly and an awesome experience with them....

Roberta, at the Atlanta Highway store in Athens, GA was very helpful and knowledgeable. I plan on returning. They have great pricing and selection as well. Thanks!

Great experience all around. I received exactly what I ordered and Andrea, the rep was so helpful in helping me with my order. I will definitely order from them again!

I recently took my broken glasses to Lens Crafters at Yorkdale and received the best customer service! The lady that took my glasses in was friendly and very positive about the chances of having them repaired. The gasses were repaired promptly and when I went back to pick them up, there was no charge!!!! Could not believe that they fixed my glasses for free!!! Thank you Lens Crafters! You convinced me!! You will be my go to for anything glasses from now on! Thank you!
