LensCraftersReviews of lenscrafters.com

I am writing to inform you that I was at the LensCrafters store at 925 North University Dr. in Coral Springs FL 33071. I met the assistant manager in that store named Ahmad Hawashin. He was kind enough to replace my eyes nose pads and tighten my eye glass frames. He was very kind and considerate with a good sense of humor. Even though the store was very busy, he made time to help me. I just want to say how valuable of an employee you have at Lens Crafters. thank you, Tom Grey

I went into LensCrafters today in Savannah, Georgia, to repair my glasses. Melissa helped me and fixed my glasses within ten minutes! She was knowledgeable and helpful. While I was there, I tried on some glasses. I will definitely go back and I get a new pair of glasses soon.

LaToya in Pasadena, MD provided OUTSTANDING support and guidance. She went above and beyond to ensure I understood the entire LensCrafters process. Very thorough and supportive of my eyewear needs. I hope LaToya is recognized for her efforts by her leadership. I HIGHLY recommend anyone that is need of eyeglasses give LensCrafters an opportunity. EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! THANK YOU, LaToya!!!

I was in Lenscrafters last week because I had broken my glasses & was greeted & helped by the associate there, she let me know they no longer had the Coach frames & the frames could not be repaired but suggested I go online to find the same type of frame & then bring them back so that they could change the lens from my broken pair to the new pair @ no cost, she wrote down the measurements also for me, I ordered a pair of frames online & when I received them I took them into Lencrafters & the associate replaced the lens for me @ no cost, both associates that I dealt with were very professional & very helpful I would refer everyone I know to try Lencrafters when they need eye glasses.

I was in Texas visiting family. Outside a busy store…I dropped my glasses didn’t notice for a while and then….smash they were dead. We found a lens crafter store in Uptown Village…Leo went above and beyond what I would expect…:he got some new frames and lens…(I am blind without them) in about 30 minutes he got it Done. He couldn’t do the bifocals but he set it up in the computer so when I get home I can go to my local Lens Craft and they can get bifocal without out an hassle o appreciated his great attitude. I will be a customer for Lens thanks to Leo.

Jenna at the Robinson, PA store was very helpful, skillful and most importantly very knowledgeable.

Cary in Calgary, Southcentre mall location was extremely helpful helping me with my daughters eye glasses. Thanks Cary!

I broke both my plastic frames arms. I went to LensCrafter in Slidell, La. and after about 30 minutes of working hard trying to get my lens in the frame Tina got them in. My lens are very thick and, so, hard to fit in the grooves, but Tina and Lee were very patient and very helpful and did not give up and got the lens in the frame. I will definitely go back when it's time to get a new set of glasses.
