LensCrafters is an excellent service, the environment was clean, Doctors, employees, are professional, some are friendly some are Not they need more TRAINING on the floor, example: (adjustments on eye glasses either loose, or tight. SO FRUSTRATING

The manger is totally awesome. I said some mean things. Because I was mad. Buy she is very nice.

Its refreshing that in these challenging times; acts of kindness are still possible. Recently Lens Crafters personnel at the Promenade Mall fixed my damaged glasses free of charge and this is not the first time. This was deeply appreciated for two reasons.1) I can't read without them.2) I am a retired senior citizen. Thanks again for taking the time to care. Customer for 20+ years.

Michael is an amazing manager who is helping us get the glasses we ordered on november1st 2021and not received yet. he is so helpful. I hope everyone is telling him thank you because he deserves it.
