I've been using Sears optical for years and never had an issue!!!! When their optical and store closed down, I decided to try LensCrafters as recommended by a colleague. I had new glasses and sunglasses from LensCrafters. I was leaving work one day and about to drive off. One of the lens fell out from my glasses, thank God I didn't get far as I had to park again to fix it. My sunglasses had it's lens fall out now....how is that possible?!?. shouldn't parts last longer for such an expensive cost?!? I'm never going back to LensCrafters in Coral springs again. Smh.

This company has been around for a long time however they are a little pricey for what you get. Many of their frames are now made in China, however they are still really expensive. I used to be a long time customer however, there are cheaper options now and I'm not sure that they are worth the price.

They said glasses would be ready 5to7days but usually it 3days well 9 days no glasses nobody can tell me why but they sure got my340 dollies never use them again

Been going to Lens crafters since way back when they started. Was always happy until maybe ten years ago when it noticed after about a year the Lens started peeling. Called and they said the Warranty had expired. Well I had this same experience on 2 more pairs and was told the same thing. Been wearing glasses since 1958 never had this issue before. You do the Math.

So many things not good here... 1st: they don't give you a full prescription so you can have prescriptions filled on line...they wouldn't give the PD 2: Ordered a pair of bifocal sunglasses...waited for them to arrive...I live 40 miles out...got them in the mail and no shaded lenses...now have to wait two weeks to return them 3. When I called they said they could send me the lenses and did I know someone that could put them in? I asked how I should pay for the service and they replied they didn't know Pretty poor customer service...on the bright side the prescription is very good

Optician refused to use hand sanitizer in my presence. I was told to use store provided sanitizer which I did. When I requested that he do the same, he refused and said he already had after the last patient. When I arrived, he was sitting at a counter, touching things All personnel should be required to use sanitizer immediately before engaging with a client in their presence!

Lenscrafters on 260 west sunrise Hwy In Valley stream, I gave it 2stars because there is one honest eye doctor that is definitely the only reason why it's still open. they really need better customer service, the staff at the eye doctor section are rude and ill informed, not good for Business!

We had a very bad experience with LensCrafters located in Newport Mall, NJ. I ordered progressive lens for my husband. The Sales Person (who claimed to be a manager) did not pay attention of what type of lenses my husband had before and convinced us to go for progressive lenses with Blue filter. When the glasses were ready, my husband had a double vision in them and could not read at all. We had to wait one week for an appointment in which we were explained that it was because he had a Varilux lenses before and now he would not be able to use any other lenses except for Varilux, which sounds weird to say the least. It raises the question why we were not informed about it on the first instance. They demanded to pay extra to change lenses to Varilux but now w/o Blue filter. The system was down, so we were not able to pay with the credit card and they were supposed to call us later to process it over the phone. We are still waiting for their phone call. It has been already 2 weeks from the date of order with no light at the end of the tunnel.
