Wow- stay away! Destiny USA location in CNY. Pd over $500 for glasses & in writing stated I can replace within 1 year- for any reason. Was told, if I got eye exam new rx would be used. Nope, I was verbally abused by staff. Called mgr Annette. She said she would talk to girls & put new rx in new glasses. I’ve called for 3 moths & told, not in. Today 2 same girls yelled, one called me a foul name. I was told only lenses came. I had to pay more for full pair. It was suppose to be a total pair! Hung up on. Called cust svc- most don’t know English. Ignored & hung up on! FRAUD!!

Despite the unflattering 60 Minutes expose on Luxottica I continued to patronize LensCrafters because of their high profile in the industry. I learned that high profile doesn’t necessarily mean great service. My experience at my local store at Pentagon City mall was my last. In addition to the staff shortage and long waiting for initial contact, I was completely turned off by their pricing structure. Based on your vision plan (usually VSP), the staff has to go through a long, drawn out back and forth kabuki dance with an automated system to identify the “best price” according to your employer’s vision plan. The experience was just as bad as going to a car dealership; maybe worse. After 30 minutes of waiting for responses from the other end I simply left. I’ve since found out about Warby Parker and had an excellent experience there. I will use them for all future eyewear needs. I’ll never set foot into another LensCrafters store.

I had a scheduled eye appointment at 4:20 today. I was on time for my appointment. I was taken back at 4:45 for 6 mins only to return to the waiting room where I waited another 6 minutes. Customer service is HORRIBLE!! No explanation as to why i was waiting so long. I was on my lunch break and had to leave. Of course nothing was said when I walked out. Horrible customer service

I went for an eye exam .it was thorough. ,was told by sales associate that I would receive my glasses within 14 days and to my surprise it’s approaching a month .When I called the office it’s different excuses .I am definitely going back for my money.crap crap

I purchased a brand new pair of frames from MOSCOT in NYC and took them to the Brookline MA store on Beacon St on 8/14/2021. I choose new lenses and paid $788.99 I have not received the glasses as of 9/15/2021. I cannot get the date when they will be ready. All Kim can tell me is that they are working on them. I paid $290.00 for the frames for a total expense of $1,078.99 All I want is a check for the total expense of $1,078.99! I filled out an on line complaint form, but I need my MONEY BACK so I never go back to Lenscrafters again! They are part of a huge conglomerate under LUXOTICA I will continue to post as I get results!

I got my glass last year (Coquitlam mall) ,when I pick up they lady adjusted on my face ,I saw she adjust of the right handle and told me it was tide on my face. but for now, during this year I need to adjust my glass all the time ,I am not happy to use it .I pay 500$ for nothing .Every time ,when I go there to adjust they told me it is normal for these type of glass ,some need to adjust every week. I just told them ,should be to tell your clients before purchase. But not nice answer .They told me we do not need to discuss every time you come here for adjust ,we have many clients and these is not responsibility for seller cause the store is not for their father .That is not nice answer and exactly poor customer welcoming. I never recommend this store to any one. In Canada we believe The customer always say true. It is important to teach every one work in your place be respectful and listen to customer ,not just sell the product.

There is a complete disconnect between the LensCrafters.com website and actually making a purchase in-store. I first ordered glasses in-store a few years ago and setup an online account as well. When I tried the "sync" feature it did not work. Now I have purchased again in-store and went online to put in my receipt number and "sync" and again it failed! I tried many times over a few days and got same result. I contact customer service over chat and was told that the system had a few issues they were trying to fix and I should try again a little later. I informed "Erin A" that I tried several years ago and had the same issue. She responded that she could not "sync" the reciept for me and promptly ended the chat session before I could respond! Poor, poor, poor customer service!

I arrived for my eye appointment 10 mins early, which was at 4:00pm. I was not seen until 4:50pm. They told me they only had 2 doctors for the day and they were behind. However, I did not expect to wait almost 1hr to be seen Once, I was seen, it only took about 5 mins and it was over. The exam felt rush and not complete. I will not go back there. I have been going to this location for my eye exams over 10yrs and will not go back!!! Some of the staff there is unprofessional and rude! Also, Nicole the receptionist at the front desk was rude and unprofessional to me and the tech who did my pre eye exam. She walk in on the pre exam and demand the tech stop with me and take someone else. She is very rude and was a bully to the tech.
