I was extremely happy with the excellent customer service provided to me at store #472 in Hyannis, MA I had Jen #732702 as my cashier. She was very professional and courteous and a pleasure to speak and laugh with. She is a great asset to LensCrafters I also had the good fortune of dealing with Stephanie #780725 salesperson. She was extremely courteous and professional. She was totally honest with different frames on me and how they looked even as I asked her to be brutally honest. We initially chose a black frame but sadly I realized I wasn't comfortable with them and needed some adjustments to the bifocal portion. I returned them to Jen and she said Stephanie would contact me by phone when I could return to get a different frame and lenses adjusted. As always she was pleasant and efficient, courteous and kind. She is a definite asset to LensCrafters I will always recommend LensCrafters to friends and family and especially the two people I mention above.
