Gracias!

Great selection of name brand frames and sunglasses, very nice and courteous staff that answered all my questions clearly and easily. Lens Crafters are the best!

Long story short, I had my prescription sunglasses for 7+ years and I wanted to get new ones. I finally ordered a pair online after having tried them on in-store (I was traveling and didn't have my prescription on me) and was anxiously awaiting for them to come in. When they finally did, they were damaged (WAH!) and I was so bummed. I wasn't sure what the process would be, but after reaching out to them, they quickly got on making a replacement pair. Still waiting for them to ship it out, but so stoked on the excellent customer service. Would 10/10 recommend.

My experience was amazing. I couldn’t believe the deals and sales on designer items. My prescription matched perfectly. I tried another online company and it was an epic fail. I guess you get what you pay for and they were not willing to make it right. So I’m stuck with those that make me feel dizzy. But this was NOT the case with LensCrafters. I WILL be back SOON

I have a fairly simple single lens prescription and appreciate being able to place an online order instead of spending unnecessary time at a store to place an order and then again to pick it up. I knew what frame I wanted, I ordered it quickly online, and received my order in a very timely manner.
