Lens are detective. Poor workmanship. Blurry and unable to see out of the right side. Last time I purchase glasses from lenses crafter

I went to LensCrafters for a new pair of glasses and to try multifocal contact lenses for the first time. Everyone at the store is super nice, I have no complaints about the staff. The thing is, I paid 60 dollars for a pair of lenses that never arrived. It’s been almost 2 months since I went there and my contacts didn’t arrive yet.

Purchased lenses with frames in Dec. Spent over $900. And in April a crack started in the center top on each lens. A straight line crack on both lenses in same spot. Luckily we purchased protection plan and were able to get them replaced. The rep was rude and insisted we damaged the lenses. A scratch I could understand but this is a crack in same spot on both lenses.

Great Dr. And excellent sales people, very polite and friendly. Lenses suck!! Recent purchase was 6 months ago. I have gone through 4 sets of lenses. The anti glare stated peeling almost immediately. They have been kind enough with no hassle to replace them. 4 set. The worst set yet. Lasted 3 weeks. They admitted this was a vendor issue. Going back to use my warranty but I will never get anti glare there again.

I really prefer not giving a single star due the the treatment I received during my scheduled appointment. I was greeted by a very cold young lady, who seemed to be distracted. I was told to fill out paperwork with no explanation. They began the exam giving little instruction (not identifying the fact I've never had my eye exams with any of these pieces of equipment) but I should have known? No explanation or good instruction. Then halfway through my exam, the Dr. rudely walked into the exam room and pulled the tech out without explanation. I just sat there for 20 minutes wondering what was happening? I got out of the chair and walked to the doorway and met the Dr. who asked if I was trying to escape? I asked what was going on? Why was I abandoned? She told me she had a difficult patient and I just had to wait. I asked why I needed an appointment if LensCrafters can't finish an exam. The Dr. went from 1-100 on the irate scale and said she was busy and had to be there six days a week, and I just need to sit down and be patient. I guess I was the problem? I decided to leave. Why would a retailer treat their customers this way? I'm there to spend hundreds of dollars, yet I'm being treated like scum! Avoid LensCrafters at the Steeplgate Mall at all costs!

Staff were very courteous but the worst glasses I have ever bought. Still cannot read words on TV and impossible to clean even using the spray and towels that were recommended

I had appointment yesterday at 5:20 pm for an eye exam in Daytona with Dr. Ronald Baldwin. There are apparently 2 different Lens Crafters stores in Daytona, on the same street. I went to the wrong one first. I then called the correct one at 5:15 pm and told them I would be there in a few minutes, as it is 2 miles away. They called me back 3 minutes later and told me I would have to reschedule because the Doctor has a headache. I told her I just drove 45 minutes to get to this appointment, and asked why they didn't call me and cancel prior to this? She stated well, if you can't be here in 2 minutes we will turn you away. I was already in the parking lot. I then told her to cancel that I will gladly take my business elsewhere, where someone will appreciate my business. I was highly disappointed to say the least.

$640 FOR READING LENSES w/ TRANSITIONS!! NO FRAMES, JUST LENSES! REALLY!! JUST went in the south Lakeland store today (March 25th, 2022) to get a price on lenses only. I bought the Amazon Echo Frames that are prescription ready. My vision is perfect except for needing reading glasses (only -1.75). So I ONLY needed a price for reading lenses with Transitions. Guess what I got for a quote? ---> $640.00!!!!! Are you kidding me!! $640.00 for Reading only with Transitions! That's without an eye exam because they said I don't need one for readers! I don't have insurance so I guess they think I'm stupid enough to buy into this garbage price! Also the lenses were just the cheap polycarbonate lenses!!! C'MON!! $640 FOR CHEAP PLASTIC READING LENSES?? Really?? The "transitions" part should be less than $100! Maybe if I drove there in a Yugo I'd get a better price, doubt it!!
