Met with Lamar in the Deptford, NJ location and he was awesome. He exhausted all the options they had for me find large frames and even recommended a brand they no longer carried. He was an awesome support during my shopping experience.

I needed a minor repair: a lens was loose. The shop manager, Tairrie Atkinson, could not have been more helpful. She was friendly, attentive and professional. It took some time and her assistant Nicole worked her magic. There was no charge this time but I will be back!

I had the best experience at the Sun Lakes shopping center in Holbrook from the moment I walked into the store. Every person was welcoming and helpful. The optometrist was patient while conducting a thorough eye exam. I felt very comfortable there and not rushed. My interactions were mostly with Bari (unsure of spelling) and Rhonda who were just absolutely terrific. The only downside for me was the cost of my eyeglasses. My purchase cost the most money I have ever spent on a pair of eyeglasses. It may be because my insurance has changed and it is not as good as my previous carriers. I will be a repeat customer for sure though.

I had been a LensCrafters customer since the mid 2000 I had always been pretty happy with them , just recently i place an order their was an issue with the shipping they automatically created another order for me so they took care of the issue right away , i normally. Buy in store but this time I used LensCrafters.com. I have to say im happy with them as a company and as long as i continue to be treated well I will continue going to them for my eye glasses needs.
