LensCraftersReviews of lenscrafters.com

I love my glasses ! They fit me so good I can’t believe it. Was worried because I’d gotten online glasses before at another place and they were horrible. But not these glasses.

I could order from home.

Simple ordering prescription input. Shipped fast packed very well.virtual try on actlly matched feel of trying on

Efficient and seamless

Great website. Easy to attach eye info. Great quality of purchased glasses

Good place to get your glasses still! The service is very good!

"Trying on the frames" through their app was so realistic, as if I was trying on in the store but actually in the comforts of my own home! I was able to take my time without feeling rushed, the whole experience was amazing. I highly recommend!!

LensCrafters stepped up to the plate on their warranty. The particular PRADA glasses I purchased were flaking around the rim both the top and bottom. I am guessing the paint did not adhere to the frame correctly. I have never had a pair of glasses do this. However, my hat is off to the customer care team who provided a replacement frame to me with little or no intervention on my part other than letting them know the issues with the Prada frame. I would recommend LensCrafters in the future for purchases of glasses and frames!!! Keep up the good work to keep your customers satisfied!! Thank you!!!
