My experience couldn't have been better. The online ordering process is seamless. It took me longer to pick out a pair than it did for me to place the order and receive them. The packaging was appropriate for glasses and everything I needed was neatly packed inside. I needed one small adjustment on the left arm and my local LensCrafters did it in minutes. I prefer LensCrafters in general and this was my first online purchase with them. I would definitely do it again.

The ease of placing my order online and being able to locate my benefits and prescription set the bar bar pretty high. Thank you for all that you do as a company.
