LensCraftersReviews of lenscrafters.com

Very helpful and knowledgeable people my insurance didn’t cover but they work with me

I came in as a cold call costumer and the staff person was so kind and friendly. They fixed my broken glasses for free and put in a new screw. I was not a regular customer and had not bought my glasses there. But I will always appreciate the speed and promptness and hospitality I received. Thanks so much! John W.

From the beginning of finding the LensCrafters website to delivery of my beautiful designer glasses was great. It's easy to login, find my favorite style and color. The virtual try on works great. Adding my prescription was fast. The best part was when they were delivered 3 days earlier than expected. I loved never leaving my house house to get new beautiful glasses.

I love the feature of being able to try the glasses on the camera so have a general idea of how it would look on your face. Although, the feature could stand to be a little more accurate it doesn't do it justice.. because I loved the frames even more in person! The constant deals the have going on are superb! I bought my Michael khors frames for 50% off! I get to see in STYLE, at an affordable price! AND they ship really fast!

Transaction went well.

Fast shipping, various options for payment and items purchased came as described new and neatly packaged.

Ease of use, keeps track of your subscription, best bang for my dollar with my insurance. Offers a military discount also. Love LensCrafters online.

The customer service. The choice of frames. Ans quality of the lenses.
