On 3/14/23 I purchased a pair of prescription sunglasses at the LensCrafters in Triangle Town Center. I don't wear sunglasses often. I took the glasses back on 4/20/23 and asked to remake the lenses because they were defective. They said they would do it but it would cost me $25. I don't think a company as large as LensCrafters should charge to fix their mistakes. My family and I have been getting our glasses there since it opened in the mall. But this is the last time I purchased from them.

Purchased glasses from International plaza Lenscrafters’s in Tampa florida. They told us once received they would send them to the Lenscrafters’s close to us. Was called last Thursday and was told glasses arrived. Called the Lenscrafters’s by us 7 days later and glasses had not arrived. Call Lenscrafters’s where purchased and they had not sent them yet. Asked to speak to a manager and one called me back. She was sorry they had not been sent and asked what she could do? Requested to have bill reduced because of poor customer service. Said she couldn’t do that. Then I said let me talk to your boss. She said I am the manager. Then I asked again and was told they are not available. Worst customer service I have ever seen!!!

I am having a horrible experience at LensCrafters at Vaughan mills mall in ON Canada. I ordered new lenses a month ago. When placing my order, the store associate ensured me that it is usually taker from 10-15 days. It’s been a month and still no news. I am not a new customer at LensCrafters, but believe me, this is my last time here. If I know what was going to happen, I would go to a small optometry business and it would be done in a week rather waiting for a month. Still hoping to get my glasses back.

Made an online purchase on 03/10/2023, received glasses on 03/20/2023, cheaply made Gucci glasses, and the prescription was incorrect. Paid ($750+). Was a hassle speaking with them about the prescription being incorrect. Not only for my glasses but for the contact lenses I purchased elsewhere. I could not see. Had no issues receiving my refund for the contact lenses through 1-800 contacts. FYI, I got my eye & contact exam with a LENSCRAFTERS store and they told me they don't communicate and could not obtain my prescription from them. Decided to return the glasses and mailed them on 03/24. It is 04/13/2023 and I still have not been issued my refund. They keep giving excuses. Will not be going to them for exams, or purchasing from them again. NOW I WILL HAVE TO PAY OUT OF POCKET FOR NEW EXAMS FROM SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING.

I don’t want to give even one star to It. First of all the customer service in Marlborough ma location is very bad. The lady in the eye glass section was behaving rude. We ordered prescription myopia glasses and frame for my kid in LensCrafters Marlborough MA in Dec. my son started wearing it since Jan. He has faster myopia progression issues, so we went for a 3 month check up in March and found that the prescription they made was totally incorrect. They have cylinder + numbers and other numbers which was not in prescription and seemed to have messed with my kid eyes. As a kid he was not able to articulate it well and I paid hefty money for those lenses. Also the customer service is very poor in the location. I am looking for options on how to get escalate this issue and complain this legally.

I bought glasses and 4 weeks later I have no glasses. I was told 10 days when I bought them. I have called three times and each time I have been given a different story. The first time l called they said the prescription came back incorrect and they had been sent back.Today I was told the lenses are out of stock and they are ordering me better lenses at no cost. When I asked how long she said a week. I explained that I'm having double vission and getting horrible headaches and I need my glasses.I asked to speak to the manager but of course not in. I don't believe a word they are telling me. Worst service ever.

Annual eye exam used my insurance to buy new frames and lenses. Less than two months the lenses started to pull away from the drama causing chipping along the top. Took them in the lady agreed I did not damage them and explained those lenses are good to put in those frames as they will chip like I experienced - at no time when selling them to me was I advised this. She said because I did not purchase the warranty they will not fix but then tried to sell me new lenses for over $200 - this is wrong with n so many levels and for sure not a way to stand behind your product- my wife just ordered her new glasses over $500 I will have her cancel if this is how you treat customers-

Went for glasses adjustment waited for my turn..waited..waited.. then customer behind me was waited on. Then waited again, at this point rep that took my information I saw her leaving w/nothing being said as to why I wasn't waited on,this is unprofessional and highly unacceptable for customers.
